Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), better known by her stage name of Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter and actress. Born in Santa Barbara, California, and raised by Christian pastor parents, Perry grew up listening to only gospel music and sang in her local church as a child. After earning a GED during her first year of high school, she pursued a career, and as Katy Hudson released a self-titled gospel album in 2001, which was unsuccessful. She latter recorded an album with production team The Matrix, and recorded a solo album which was never released. After signing with Capitol Music Group in 2007, her fourth record label in seven years, she adopted the stage name Katy Perry.

She gained recognition with the release of her first mainstream album, One of the Boys (2008), which was the 33rd-best selling album of 2008, and produced three top-ten singles –– "I Kissed A Girl", "Hot n Cold" and "Waking Up In Vegas"–– on the Billboard Hot 100 among other charts. In 2009, Billboard magazine ranked her as the 51st artist of the 2000s. She released her first live album, MTV Unplugged in 2009. Her third studio album Teenage Dream (2010), which became the ninth best seller of 2011, and spawned five number one singles, "California Gurls", "Teenage Dream", "Firework", "E.T." and "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)". Teenage Dream was the only album—after Michael Jackson's Bad—to do so, and the first female in history to achieve this milestone. Perry also became the first artist to spend 52 consecutive weeks in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100, and has since heightened this to 69 weeks. As of 2012, Perry has been nominated for eight Grammy Awards.

 

By the end of 2011, she was elected the Artist of the Year by MTV.^[A re-release of Teenage Dream under the name of Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection is set to be released on March 26, 2012. She has sold over 37.6 million digital tracks in the United States alone, and sold more than 11 million albums worldwide. Perry became a guest judge on the seventh series of British television show The X Factor and the ninth season of American Idol. She has released fragrances "Purr" and "Meow". She voiced Smurfette in the 2011 film The Smurfs. Perry had a long relationship with Travie McCoy. She later was married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2011.

It is very quiet, not much traffic on the adjoining areas, is a place not too sure, public transport is very bad, there are several schools nearby and a university, and there is a park, neighbors are  good, and several shops distributed sector side.

My favorite food is pasta.  This is a popular in italian dish.  It is tasty and spicy. They are pasta with meat, cheese, tomatoes, and salsa. 

My favorite dessert is cake, tasty to eat after meals. I especially like the chocolate cake and strawberry.

 My name is JULER I was born in merida on 11/15/1991 I studied preschool in vicente davila When I was a kid I used to play jumping rope with my friends on the street, I graduated from Republica de Venezuela High School and now I'm studying engineering at urbe.

 

 

I like going to the movies with my friends and spend time with my family. My dream is graduate from college and get my degree that would be the greatest achievement.  

The most important persons in my life are my parents they are the persons who inspire.

My dream is to be happy,  travel for the world, having a family and an exellent work, I like to have my business , among other things.

I love music, dancing, playing soccer, driving my car (I have a red sport car), surfing the net, studying English, talking on the phone with my friends, pizza , chocolate, my family , my country and my dog. I also enjoy going out with my friends.

I hate onions, listening to hip hop, getting up early on the weekend, violence, war, injustice, and washing the dishes. I can't stand people smoking.

My dream is to travel around the world, visit the Pyramids in Egypt, The Eiffel Tower in Paris, and London england. Of course, I want to graduate from Engineering School and be a good engineer. I also want to learn to speak French, and Italian. I’d love to work in an important company and buy a house, get married and start a family.

About English, I love to learn new languages. I think English is very important. What do I do to practice my English? well, I listen to music and watch TV in English. It’s a good exercise. I also chat on the internet and have friends in many countries. I use social networks like facebook and twitter(@Javgrat5) to connect to people around the world and make friends. I can write well, but I need to practice more. The most difficult for me is speaking. I want to practice in class and out of class, too. I hope I can make a lot of friends and practice speaking in this class.
